This Martin D-X2E 12 String features a Solid Sitka Top and HPL Back and Sides producing a warm rounded tone, with prominent lows, warm mids, and bright highs, with a quality resonance and exceptional sustain.
Solid Low Profile Neck
The Martin D-X2E 12 String has a low profile neck, 20 Fret fingerboard, and bridge, all constructed from select hardwood, offering an easy playing and comfortable experience.
The neck has a bone nut, at 1 7/8" width, with Chrome Enclosed Gear tuners, great for quick tuning and string sustainability.
The bridge is made from select hardwood producing string vibration and sustain perfectly.
Fishman MX
The Martin D-X2E comes with a Fishman MX installed. This Pickup is specially-designed so that the true characteristics of the 12-String emanate out naturally from this instrument.
